Jennifer
B. Kahnweiler, Ph.D.
is a “workplace guru” who speaks to leaders and aspiring leaders on
how to strengthen their people skills to achieve results. She is
also a well respected career coach and author.
Jennifer has served in several human resource consulting positions
in companies such as General Electric. Some of her clients include
the American Management Association, Capital One, Turner
Broadcasting, AT&T and the Coca-Cola Company.
Not satisfied with success in the United States business community,
Jennifer taught a management seminar series for businesswomen in
Tokyo and was a featured presenter at HRD2008, the UK’s premier
learning and development conference. She has also extended her
influence and coaching into the world of television. She was
featured on the WTBS television show "Movie and a Makeover" where
she successfully advised a homemaker transitioning back to work.
Her book, The Introverted Leader: Succeeding in an Extroverted
World will be published by Berrett-Koehler early next year and
she is also the co-author with her husband, Dr. Bill Kahnweiler of
Shaping Your HR Role: Succeeding in Today's Organizations
(Elsevier 2005).
Jennifer is on the board of the National Speakers Association of
Georgia and a member of the National Speakers Association. In 2005,
she was awarded the Outstanding Career Practitioner of the Year by
NCDA and has been deemed a “world class expert” by the American
Management Association. She is also a founding member of the
Leadership Executive Circle of the Women’s Leadership Exchange.
