Fast Track Career Coaching
Target Group: Entry-level through seasoned professionals
Time Frame: 2 weeks
Program Overview:
* Provides a focused, efficient approach to career assessment
* Provides data to make more intelligent career decisions
* Develop a list of 6-8 viable career options
* A combination of phone communication, web based assessments and email are used to maximize effectiveness. Web based communication such as Skype is used effectively for remote coaching
* Complete standardized career assessments on line
* Engage in a career coaching session* to: 1) interpret test results 2) brainstorm viable career options and 3) review relevant career resources
* Meet for a ½ hour follow up career coaching session to discuss progress and plan next steps.
Executive Coaching Overview: I work with leaders of all levels. Specialities are coaching for introverted leaders, women and technical professionals.
My Four Step Process:
1. Gather information – I will ask questions re: background, successes and failures and learn as much as possible about your situation. If appropriate, I will talk with the manager and key team members, Assessments are taken and reviewed.
2. Create a strategic plan – What is your desired future state? How will you measure success? What results do you want to achieve for yourself, for your organization and with others. By when? This is the goal setting stage. We select three key priorities to address.
3. Execute – This is the first action stage. Awareness of behavior takes place “real time”, different approaches and new tools are “tried on.” I support you and coach you on demonstrating new behaviors. My role is also to keep you focused on your strategic plan and your goals.
4. Integrate – This is when you move to “conscious competence” and are using me as a sounding board to tweak and refine your leadership approaches. During integration we also recognize your progress by checking back with the team and your management.

1. As a pragmatic coach, I blend behavioral and cognitive approaches. I BELIEVE IN RESULTS and that is what we focus on.
2. I support the client in their self-exploration, help them gain perspective and support them in setting achievable targets.
3. I am an accountability partner and I know when to praise and when to push.
4. It is very important for me to know the culture and context of a client’s experience. I apply this organizational background in all of my work.
5. I use proven and unique models of coaching such as the 4 P’s and Career Success Model that are drawn from my books and over 25 years of research and coaching clients.
6. I integrate innovative adult learning practices into my coaching sessions. These include skill practice, rehearsal, guided imagery and the use of web based and distance learning.
